Y11 pupils Jovie, Melanie, Isabel, and Niea were successful applicants to the PwC Women in Industry workshop.

“We have learnt about accounting and the roles of financial. We were very honoured to be able to attend the trip, where we got to know more about the business aspects in the industry. We were able to gain experience from the experts in the room who were able to provide us with excellent advice, not only in business but in life generally. The guest speaker talked about her experience working in the accounting industry and the difficulties she faced as an immigrant from China. Her motto in life is to “believe in yourself before anyone else believes in you.” We were able to try out audit’s work — stock counting. This fantastic experience deepened our interest in accounting and business. We are looking forward to taking it to the next level in the future.”
